Broccoli Salad with Coconut Bacon

- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, or vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon whole milk, or unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup, pure grade A
- 2 small broccoli crowns, cut into bite size pieces
- ¼ cup golden raisins
- 3 tablespoons almonds, sliced
- ¼ cup coconut bacon, or more if you'd like
- salt and pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, and maple syrup.
Stir in the broccoli, raisins, and almonds until combined.
When you're ready to serve, lightly fold in your coconut bacon. Taste and add salt and pepper, if you find it necessary.
